TVR2 Motor with Smart integrated frequency converter

TVR2 is a scalar frequency converter with SVM (space vector modulation) integrated into the aluminum terminal box of the three-phase motor. TVR2 is an intelligent device as it is equipped with a powerful processor programmable in C+ software language.

6 digital inputs, 2 of which are suitable for encoder reading

1 analog input 0-10V (standard). Modifiable on request (e.g., 0-5V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA, etc.)

RS485 communication interface, Ethernet, MODBUS, Wifi (optional)

Key functions:

Usable as a PLC for the creation of predefined/programmable instruction sequences and work cycles

Automatic adaptation to the electrical network to be used at different voltages and network frequencies of 115/230V,

230/400 V 50 Hz and 460 V 60 Hz (optional).

Access to the number of actual operating hours

Ability to set alarms for scheduled maintenance

PID feedback controllable finely and continuously

Synchronous motor inverter network achievable via MODBUS

Speed adjustable via analog signal or potentiometer (optional)

Ability to limit user choice to only certain predefined speeds
